About Flare Pops

Inspired by the paletas deliciosas we enjoyed while traveling in Mexico in 2016, our farm-to-paleta treats are created with our homemade organic fruit and vegetable syrups made from the seconds our farm produces. They are perfect for those long and sun-filled summer days in Montana.

Our original Paletera (ice pop maker) is Karl and Darci’s daughter, Kena. The Flare Pops enterprise is a result of our daughter's creative endeavors in the kitchen. Farm kids have plenty of time to explore while their parents work in far off fields. In our daughter's case, her explorations happen quite frequently with friends, and usually those explorations involve harvesting a seasonal fruit (strawberries), blending berries, pouring mixture in molds, placing the molds in the freezer, and then repeatedly opening the freezer in anticipation for frozen strawberry pops. Once frozen, the gleeful girls race around eating pops, and when finished the process is repeated.

Flare Pops embody the flavors of Montana summers incorporating organic and seasonal ingredients. Unfortunately, despite how wonderful Montana summers can be, we know they are here one moment and gone the next. Enjoy your freshly frozen pops from May through October. Order your paletas here.
